Cathy and Chris are great to work with. Cathy showed us all our options and provided quotes on the spot. Chris was around the showroom and answered some technical install questions. We went back and forth on our choice and there was zero pressure. Chris’ install was smooth as silk along with some care tips. They do require payment in full at the time of the order which is not my normal, but they came highly recommended by our contractor and supplier and have been in business for 30 years, so I put that concern aside and am glad I did!

I needed my shower door removed asap so that a shower pan leak could be fixed three weeks before Thanksgiving - I was hosting my family and needed a functioning shower in my master bathroom. I called around to several local companies and was told that it would take at least a week just to get a quote and another 2 weeks for a technician to show up just to remove the existing shower door. Lucky for me that I came across Absolute Shower Doors - Chris (expert technician and owner) picked up and came by the same day to remove the door at a reasonable price. I was so satisfied with the experience that I went through Absolute for a new door, which was completed on time and (again) at a reasonable price. It’s also very refreshing that when you call the company to ask a question or follow up, someone knowledgeable and competent actually picks up the phone - thanks Cathy. Great service - friendly, prompt, and the doors look really great. It took a few weeks to get the initial fitting scheduled, and then about 6 weeks to await delivery and installation (some COVID delays, of course). The two showers were put up in about 4 hrs. We are very excited to get away from our shower curtain!

I'm ecstatic with our new shower door - it's my new favorite part of the house. I had an idea of what I wanted to replace our old unit with because it was dated and had seen its day, but I don't know heads from tails in this area - luckily the staff was wonderful in helping guide me through the process, even showing me different options on their showroom displays (especially helpful for me because we have limited space in our bathroom and I didn't want to make it look small or cluttered, so it was great to be able to touch/move something in person).Our new unit really opens the space up, and makes the whole bathroom look bigger and more elevated.The job was done quickly and cleanly as well. I'm always used to doing a bit of cleanup after we have anyone installing anything in the house, but the only thing left behind was my receipt and some info on how to register my Enhance warranty. I really couldn't be happier!

About ten months ago Absolute Shower Doors did an elaborate glass installation for my new master bath, including an enclosure for a large steam shower and two big glass dividers with doors for his and hers dressing areas. All of which has gradient frosting to give privacy while still maintaining an open feeling. The glass looks spectacular, and really makes the design of the bathroom. They were very easy to work with, explained pros and cons of the different options and installation details clearly, showed up reliably on time for appointments, and delivered what they promised. And when one of the three doors needed an adjustment several months after installation, they didn’t hesitate to schedule a return visit to make that adjustment, and did so under warranty. I’m very happy with the end result and with the service.

So when our contractor also suggested them, we thought it would be a safe bet. They have a small showroom in Yonkers where we live. We had no idea so many decisions had to be made in a bathroom and were kind of exhausted from all of the fixtures, lights, tile and everything else we had to put together. We were very fortunate that everyone we've dealt with to this point was very helpful.I thought we were shopping for "shower doors" little did I know we needed a "shower enclosure". Cathy the sales person took us around what appeared to be a small showroom in size but some how was large enough to show us so many different glass options and design layouts that hadn't even occurred to us. We left there with a computerized scale sketch of exactly how our shower enclosure would look and cost. In full disclosure I almost dropped when I saw the price and as much as I liked Cathy and the time she spent with my wife and I, I was still in a state of sticker shock and felt compelled to shop it out. After we visited another shower door showroom not too far away and got pricing from them, I quickly got over my sticker shock and ran back to Absolute!As soon as our tile was finished, they sent their shower tech. (I believe it was the owner of the company) out to laser measure our shower area. Fast forward two weeks, we had a beautiful frameless shower enclosure installed by two gentlemen that were so neat and meticulous. It was so refreshing to see how much care people can still take when providing something so custom like this! I had no idea so much went into a bathroom renovation and no idea how much the glass in the room becomes such an important factor and how custom it can be.I was a bit uncomfortable with paying 100% in advance for an enclosure I didn't have yet but they did exactly what they said they would do and we couldn't be happier with the end result.Can't wait to recommend Absolute Shower Doors to our friends!
